Rediscover Your Voice, Even in the Midst of Mom Life

For the woman who’s waited to sing again.
Flexible vocal training designed for busy moms — no perfect schedule required.

My Story & Why This Matters

I know what it feels like to lose your voice. Not just your singing voice, but that part of you that once felt expressive, alive, and full of joy. Years ago, I was performing on stage and living inside music every day. Then came life’s beautiful shifts – motherhood, a new career, more responsibilities. I loved being there for my three kids, but somewhere in the busyness, my own song went quiet.

For a long time, I truly thought that chapter of my life was closed. But I eventually realized something powerful: our voices don’t have an expiration date – they wait for us. And when we choose to pick them back up, they can return even stronger, richer, and more meaningful than before.

That’s exactly why I created Your Music Adventures – to be a safe, encouraging place for women to rediscover their voices, no matter how many years have passed. This isn’t about perfection or performance or adding more “to-dos” to your list. It’s about joy, healing, and weaving music back into your everyday life.

I’ve watched busy moms, professionals, and women who thought they’d “aged out” of singing step back into their voices again – and the glow and confidence that come back into their lives is unbelievable. Singing isn’t just about hitting the right notes; it’s about confidence, creativity, and feeling like yourself again. And that’s why this matters so much. Whether it’s been 5 years or 25, I promise your voice is still there, patiently waiting for the right moment (and a little support) to shine. Let’s find it together.

My Experience & Approach

You might be wondering who I am to guide you on this journey. My name is Ingrid Moss – I’m a vocal coach, a performer, and a fellow mom who has walked this path myself. In case you’re curious, here’s my background at a glance:

  • Vocal Coach (25+ years): I’ve spent over 25 years helping women of all ages and backgrounds reclaim the thrill of singing – whether they’re rocking bedtime lullabies or belting out boardroom presentations. Teaching voice isn’t just my career, it’s my calling.

  • Performer (30+ years in musical theatre): I have an extensive background in musical theatre and stage performance. From local community productions to professional stages, I’ve been singing and performing for over three decades. I know the rush of the spotlight and the vulnerability of starting over after a break.

  • Master’s Degree (USC): I earned my Master’s in Communication Management from the University of Southern California, where I focused on how our voices work and how we connect through music. (Translation: I geek out on vocal science and love blending that knowledge into fun, practical exercises!)

  • Mom of Three: Yes, I’m right there in the mom trenches with you. I understand how easy it is to put your passions on pause. My own experience of pausing and then reclaiming my voice after kids is what drives me to help other mothers do the same, with compassion and zero judgment.

  • Flexible, Science-Backed Approach: I believe singing should fit into your life (not the other way around). I blend proven, science-based vocal warm-ups with flexible lessons and bite-sized practice plans that can slot into even the busiest day. Five minutes between carpools and conference calls can truly make a difference in your voice!

I share all of this because I want you to know you’re in good hands. I have the credentials and experience to guide you, but more importantly, I’ve been in your shoes. I know the nerves, the doubts, and also the indescribable joy that comes from singing freely again. My approach is 100% judgment-free and encouraging – think of me as your personal cheerleader and coach, here to make sure that reconnecting with your voice is a positive, uplifting adventure.
